The Procedure

A vasectomy is a minor procedure that takes about 30 minutes and is performed in our office under local anesthesia. Our physician will make a small incision in the scrotum and then block the passage of sperm through the vas deferens. You can rest at home after your procedure and the next day to prevent any complications. Generally you can resume normal activity after one week.
